Become fitter and stronger with this energy class, designed using a variety of aerobic, strength training, and speed elements. A Boot Camp workout is a type of interval training where you will experience bursts of medium intense activity, alternated with intervals of lighter activity. Join Bogdan and enjoy uniquely-designed 45 min daily workout for your dose of adrenaline. Open to all levels, this class welcomes beginners, intermediate and advanced members.
