She believes through lifestyle practices, whole foods and movement, one can attain full body & mind equilibrium. Jude blends principles of human biomechanics, athletics, science, strength & conditioning, pilates, breath work, stretch, rehabilitation and sports nutrition to create functional & personalized plans.
